911 call leads to arrest of Oakland City man. 
On August 18, 2019, at 3:50 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a White male wearing a dark shirt, dark shorts, and dark socks attempting to gain entry into a residence in the 300 block of West Columbia in Oakland City. Upon arriving in the area officers discovered 24 year old Clay Pflug of Oakland City walking down the middle of Mulberry Street in a severe state of intoxication. After a brief investigation Deputies Loren Barchett and Bryce Jutzi placed Mr. Pflug into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Pflug was charged with Public Intoxication. He has since posted a $550 bond.
Assisting the deputies in their investigation was Oakland City Officer Jeff Hill.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
