* At 827 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wilmington, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Chicago, Joliet, Hammond, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn, Calumet City, Chicago Heights, Lansing, New Lenox, Blue Island, Dolton, Park Forest, Alsip, Matteson, Mokena, Frankfort, Midlothian, Channahon and Chatham.
