Rialto Police Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation in the 2700 block of N. Maple Ave. 
On August 15, 2019, at 12:45 PM, Rialto police officers responded to the 2700 block of North Maple Avenue regarding a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers found a nonresponsive victim with a gunshot wound. Rialto Fire Department arrived on scene and pronounced the victim deceased. Detectives were called to investigate the murder. The San Bernardino County Deputy Coroner also responded to assist. There will be a follow up press release when more information is available.
