On July 22nd and 25th police took phone harassment complaints from two different individual who are related. A person formerly involved in a dating relationship with the suspect was one of the victims. On August 10th a Millstadt Officer located the suspect at a residence in unincorporated Belleville. The suspect, Lance A. Ford age 29 of Belleville, was charged with four counts of Harassment by Electronic Communications. The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department assisted us at the scene.
