Lochner has been retained by PennDOT to facilitate preliminary engineering for the Highland Park Bridge project. They will conduct an inspection set tentatively for 8/19-8/29 and 9/9-9/20. No approach ramps are included. Single lane closures between the hours of 9AM and 3PM
