Website launched supporting and educating the public about proposed sales tax for law and justice improvements
The website www.forasafergrantcounty.org was launched today to support, promote and help voters understand the proposed 3/10 of one percent sales tax to support Grant County law and justice. This proposed measure will be on the November 5 ballot.
The website answers questions about how important this proposed measure is for the safety of Grant County residents, and what plans local law enforcement agencies have for the proposed increase in funding generated by the sales tax.
