INCIDENT: H&S 11378-Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales

LOCATION: 1300 Block of Agate Ave, Mentone

SUSPECT(S): Jesse Smith, 28 years old, resident of Mentone
Lanette Gray, 42 years old, resident of Mentone
Fredrick Roque, 51 years old, resident of Mentone


SUMMARY:
The Yucaipa Police Multiple Enforcement Team went to a residence in the 1300 block of Agate Ave. in Mentone in attempt to locate Jesse Smith, who is on felony probation for heroin sales and had an active no bail warrant for his arrest for violating probation. Deputies located Jesse Smith at the residence and took him into custody without incident. During a probation search, deputies located approximately 53 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 3 grams of heroin and indication of drug sales. Deputies also contacted Lanette Gray and Fredrick Roque at the property and both were also arrested without incident.

Smith and Gray were charged with possession of methamphetamine for sales and may face additional charges at the time the case is reviewed by the District Attorney. Smith was also booked on his no bail warrant. Roque was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
