#10 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted Captured In Louisiana!
The Bossier City Police Department in Louisiana have arrested Andre Lemont Chiplin on their own charges of Aggravated Assault With a Firearm and Illegal Use of a Weapon. After the arrest they discovered that they had captured #10 On Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted for identical charges.
Chiplin came on the Sheriff’s radar for an incident which took place on May 5, 2019 in Riverdale when officers from the Clayton County Police Department responded to a residence in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a 30-year-old male victim shot in his left leg around the thigh area. Officers also made contact with a 41-year-old male victim who had been shot in his left knee.
Later in the evening, an acquaintance of the victims, known as “Chip,” showed up at the residence. The acquaintance and the first victim then began to argue over personal issues, and stepped outside the residence, where the altercation escalated from a verbal one to a physical one with each of them shoving each other. “Chip” then withdrew a firearm and shot the first victim in the leg. The bullet struck the floor, ricocheted, and struck the second victim in the left knee. “Chip” then fled from the scene before the arrival of Clayton County Police. Further investigation into the incident led police to determine that the two male victims had been drinking alcoholic beverages and consuming drugs prior to the incident inside the second victim’s residence.
Clayton County Police Detectives identified the shooter as Andre Lemont Chiplin and took out warrants for his arrest. Sheriff Victor Hill shortly thereafter ordered Chilplin placed #10 on his top ten most wanted and reserved a suite for him at “The Hill-ton”. Soon Clayton County Sheriff’s Deputies will give Chiplin a free ride to “The Hill-ton” where he will face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
