A 21-year-old Hesperia man was arrested after attempting to rob the Bank of America on Amargosa Rd.

SUSPECT: Keishawn Brown, 21 years old, resident of Hesperia

SUMMARY:
On August 9, 2019, Keishawn Brown entered Bank of America on Amargosa Rd. and handed the teller a note demanding money. Bank employees contacted law enforcement while Brown was inside. Brown fled without obtaining money and was captured just outside of the bank.
Detectives are investigating Brown's potential connection to a similar bank robbery that occurred on July 11, 2019 at the Wells Fargo located on the 15300 block of Roy Rogers Drive.
