Synopsis: A 60 year old male was driving his white Nissan Sentra southbound on 1600 Harbor Dr in the #2 lane. A 55 year old male was riding his bicycle westbound across Harbor Dr. He failed to yield to the vehicle and was hit. The rider was transported to the hospital with a serious but non life threatening leg injury. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
