* At 602 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles east of Bueyeros, or 20 miles west of Amistad, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Rosebud.
* AFFECTED AREAS: QUAY, NM ... HARDING, NM ... UNION, NM

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside should move to shelter inside a strong building. Stay away from windows. High winds and large hail can spread quickly across open rangeland.
