TRAFFIC ALERT: Part of Elm St. closed today, Aug. 31st from 6 AM to 6 PM for Cruising' Downtown event. 
The Manchester Rotary will be hosting the Cruising Downtown event on Elm St. today, August 31st from 6 AM to 6 PM. Elm St will be closed from Lake Ave to Bridge St to accommodate this event.
Alternative routes north and south through the downtown area are available on Canal St, Chestnut St, Pine St, and Union St.
