SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, April 2, 2019, Detectives from the Colorado River station began an investigation into a possible child molestation that occurred in Earp. The suspect is known to the victims family and was identified as Jose Mario Tavizon.
On Monday, August 5, 2019, Detectives interviewed Tavizon and at the end of the interview, Tavizon was booked at the Central Detention Center for Lewd acts with a Child. He is being held on $250,000. bail.
