South Brunswick Police Join Investigation into Tutor charged with aggravated sexual contact

Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka announced today that South Brunswick detectives have joined the investigation into a math tutor who was arrested last week in Plainsboro. The tutor, Suresh Rawal was arrested and charged with inappropriately touching a 15-year old student in Plainsboro las week.

Suresh Rawal, 65, of East Windsor was arrested on July 31, 2019,   and charged with one count of aggravated criminal sexual contact in the third degree, one count of endangering the welfare of a child in the third degree, and one count of criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree.

Detectives learned that Rawal has tutored in the South Brunswick area in the past. In some cases he tutored in area homes. The Plainsboro investigation determined that on July 28, 2019, Rawal inappropriately touched a 15-year-old during a tutoring session. The contact took place at his place of business, the KASR Capital Academy, located at 666 Plainsboro Road – Suite 1175 in Plainsboro.
