Erick Jimenez was caught shoplifting at Dollar General & deputies found he rode a stolen Harley Davidson to the store
DATE/TIME: Wednesday, July 31, 2019 9:31 p.m.
INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Vehicle
LOCATION: Dollar General, 1500 Hospitality Ln., Needles
SUSPECT: Erick Jimenez, 35 years old, resident of Needles
SUMMARY:
On July 31, 2019 Erick Jimenez went into the Dollar General Store two different times and was seen stealing merchandise by staff each time. Deputies were called after the second theft was observed, and they contacted Jimenez in the store. He was detained and found in possession of stolen merchandise. As deputies were conducting their investigation, they also discovered the Harley Davidson motorcycle Jimenez rode to the store was reported stolen out of Colton, California.
Jimenez was placed under arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle in violation of PC496(d) and booked into the Colorado River Station Jail with his bail set at $50,000.00.
