At 526 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall fell earlier across the area. Two to three inches of rain is estimated east of Kline Gap, and between Cabins and Petersburg. Additional rain west of the Allegheny Mountains is likely to move into Grant County early this evening, which may prolong or exacerbate the flood threat. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Petersburg, Rough Run, Maysville, Welton, Landes, Arthur, Martin, Scherr, Seymourville, Lahmansville, Streby, Masonville, Cabins, Hopeville, Dorcas, Medley, Kline Gap and Williamsport. This includes flood prone locations Highway 8 at Mill Creek... Highway 9 at North Mill Creek... and Highway 220/2 along Johnson Run.
