Janesville Police Department and Rock County Sheriff’s Office invite all Rock County residents to our combined National Night Out 2019 event on Tuesday, August 6, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in front of the Janesville Police Department, located at 100 N. Jackson St. in Janesville.

National Night Out 2019 is a free community event which provides the public with opportunities to interact with local law enforcement personnel in a positive environment. There is no charge for admission or any of the activities.

The FREE activities include:
-Demonstrations by JPD/RCSO SWAT and K9 and RCSO CERT (6 PM – 7 PM)
-Live Music – The Top Flight Band
-Bounce Houses, Corn Box, Dunk Tank, and Kids’ Games with Prizes
-Show Horses Performing Tricks
-Free Food (Hotdogs, Pizza, Chips, Cookies, Bottled Water, and Sno Cones)
-Free Raffles with Youth and Adult Prizes
-Over 50 Community Vendor Booths
-Public Safety Equipment Displays by Local Law Enforcement and Janesville Fire

All across the country, National Night Out events are held annually on the first Tuesday in August to recognize the value of positive partnerships between law enforcement and community members. Come out for a fun evening with local public safety personnel.
