* Locations impacted include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Beachwood, Manasquan, Highlands, Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights, Farmingdale, Allenwood, Elberon, Navesink, Brick Township and Collingwood Park. This includes the following highways... Garden State Parkway between mile markers 71 and 116. Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 27 and 34.
