ROAD CLOSURE - FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 2019 FROM 6 AM TO 8:30 PM
San Anselmo Avenue will be closed to traffic between Tamalpais and Tunstead on this Friday, August 2nd from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm.

The San Anselmo Department of Public works is closing the roadway to complete a crosswalk improvement project at Magnolia and San Anselmo Avenue. They are offering the merchants the opportunity to place tables in the parking spots adjacent to their store frontage. In addition, Jamie Ginsberg from the Economic Development Committee, is presenting a San Anselmo Fitness Celebration with local fitness studios. The classes will take place at Imagination Park from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Fire Department will provide an antique fire truck and there will be Defensible Space Inspectors present to talk about fire danger and how to prepare. The fitness classes will end at 5:00 pm to make way for the Picnics on the Plaza event which starts at 5:00 pm. San Anselmo Avenue will remain closed until the completion of Picnics on the Plaza.
