Juvenile Arrested for Robbery

Accused: 14 year old juvenile male.
Narrative:
On 7/28/19 a juvenile male entered the Save Rite Liquor store, concealed a bottle of liquor and attempted to exit the store. When the juvenile was confronted by an employee, the juvenile began to push the employee in an attempt to escape. The accused then removed the bottle from his backpack, placed it on the ground and was then able to push his way past the employee and exit the store. While exiting, the suspect knocked over and broke several bottles of wine.
The store security system caught the incident on video and the juvenile was able to be identified and arrested.
The juvenile was processed at police headquarters where he was charged with robbery and criminal mischief and transported to a Youth Detention Facility.
