Fremont Police seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Ramada, Nirupana “Neela”, 76 year old East Indian female , 4’11”, 90 lbs, last seen wearing white long sleeve with dark print and black pants. Missing person didn’t return from a walk at 10 am near the Whitetail/ Boar Ci area in the Mission district. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate “Neela”, please call 911 or contact the Fremont Police department. Please see attached photo of “Neela”
