Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole a woman’s purse in Melville.

A man stole a woman’s purse out of a shopping cart at Uncle Giuseppe’s, located at 890 Walt Whitman Road, on July 10 at approximately 4:50 p.m. The man fled the parking lot in a white Lexus SUV.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
