Details: David Hernandez III and Freddie Quair Jr. have been released from local area hospitals and have been taken into custody in relation to this case and charged with home invasion robbery, being a felon in possession of a firearm and participation in a criminal street gang. They have both been booked into the Kings County Jail where Hernandez is being held on $1,010,000.00 bail and Quair is being held on $1,395,000.00 bail.
