INDIANAPOLIS - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department East District will host “Cops & Waters” on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Coal Yard Coffee – Irvington, located at 5547 Bonna Avenue. The event is similar to “Coffee with a Cop,” but the name has been changed to honor the memory of Deputy Chief James Waters and the impact he had on building police and community relationships.
