* At 540 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain associated with thunderstorms moving in from the southeastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. This rain will be moving into adjacent sections of southern and central New Jersey by about 615 PM. With rainfall rates between one and two inches per hour, roadway and poor drainage flooding can be expected during the early evening commute.
