Power Outage at Area Controlled Intersections 
Due to the recent weather event, the traffic control lights are out at certain area intersections. The Green Bay Police Department would like to remind motorists that under Wisconsin State Statute 346.37(3) when approaching an intersection and all traffic signal lights are not working, they must stop at the intersection and it is treated as a four-way stop intersection unless directed otherwise by a traffic control officer. We currently do not have a time frame on when power will be restored.
