Designated Cooling Centers Opened This Weekend
With the temperatures anticipated to hit +/-100° this Friday through Sunday, the Borough of Fort Lee’s Office of Emergency Management will be opening our designated cooling centers during their normal business hours. The following locations will be open:
Fort Lee Public Library:
Saturday: 9:30am-5pm
Sunday: 1pm-5pm
Senior Center:
Saturday: 9am-2pm
(Sunday: Closed)
Fort Lee Community Center:
Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm
Sunday: 8am-3pm
Fort Lee Recreation Center:
Saturday: 8:30am-10pm
Sunday: 8:30am-10pm
Remember, it’s very important to stay hydrated so drink lots of water.
