3rd Precinct Commander Captain Costa, joined by Metro Lieutenant Soares and Community Service Officer Barbosa, hosted Coffee with a Cop at Starbucks, located at 687 Broad Street. The Captain and staff spoke to the patrons about their concerns and answered their questions.
