East Liverpool, Ohio - 7/18/2019 - The City of East Liverpool Mayor's Office in conjunction with The East Liverpool Area Community & Learning Center will be offering a place to get cooled off over the next couple of days. The Community & Learning Center will be open this Friday, Saturday and Sunday (7/19,7/20,7/21) from noon until 8pm for those residents that need a cool place to stay during this excessive heat spell. The center offers activities for kids and free movies that can be watched in an air-conditioned environment. Other activities for adults will also take place. Please remember this is a family environment and misconduct will not be tolerated.

The East Liverpool Area Community & Learning Center is located at 110 Maine Blvd., just below the East Liverpool High School.
