The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a
* Flood Warning for... East central Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
* Until 315 AM EDT.
* At 1110 PM EDT, minor flooding was occurring along the Green Brook in Watchung Township and North Plainfield. Minor flooding will continue into the overnight hours with the Green Brook expected to return within its banks before daybreak.
* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... North Plainfield and Watchung.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOMERSET, NJ
Instructions:
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of small creeks and streams, as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
