Effective July 17 - July 22, the greater Richmond, Illinois area will be experiencing higher than usual traffic, due to the "Country Thunder" concert event in Twin Lakes, WI.
The concert event will bring heavy traffic congestion and drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes as Illinois Route's 12, 31 and 173 will be experiencing heavy delays.
Drivers are encouraged to plan to leave earlier than usual to reach their destinations during this time period.
