GTPD Community Bulletin: Camden County & Gloucester Township Offices of Emergency Management flood damage relief

This Advisory is for any resident whom may have experienced damage to their properties during the flooding rain events which occurred on June 19th & 20th, 2019.

If your property sustained damage during the aforementioned 48 hour period due to the flooding rain storm and you have not yet reported it to any officials; the Camden County and Gloucester Township Offices of Emergency Management are requesting you register your damage with them by calling “211.” Please be prepared to provide information about your damage to the “211” operator.

This request is being made to ensure that any of our residents whom may have had damage during this weather event are identified, as FEMA will be touring the area this week (July 16th-18th) to determine if Individual Assistance to property owners will be made available to residents for damages from this event.

Questions regarding this request can be directed to operators when calling “211”.

It should be noted that reporting the damage is not a guarantee that said damage will be covered or included in any FEMA Individual Assistance determination made based on their upcoming survey, it is being done to ensure all damage within our area is documented.
