INCIDENT: Enhanced Patrol Operation

LOCATION: Yucaipa

SUMMARY: Over the last few months, the Yucaipa Police Department has received an increase in reports of drug use, transient activity and other quality of life crimes around the Historic Uptown area. The Yucaipa Station’s Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) collected data on times, dates and locations of reported criminal activity and developed a response strategy that included enforcement targeting certain problem homes, businesses and public areas. The MET team enlisted the assistance of deputies from our neighboring Central Sheriff’s Station and, together with other Yucaipa Station personnel, deployed into the city on July 12 to address some of these problems.

•Daniel Agobian, 43 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted behind the Stater Bros, 34460 Yucaipa Blvd. and was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jennifer Irate, 34 years old, transient in Yucaipa, was contacted at Central Park, 34993 Avenue B and was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance.

•Paul Kobziff, 49 years old, transient in Yucaipa was contacted near the intersection of 1st St. and Avenue D. He was arrested for possession being in possession of a controlled substance.

•Rocco Caccavari, 36 years old, transient in Yucaipa was contacted near the intersection of 4th St. and Avenue E. He was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance.

•Jesse Morales, 24 years old, resident of Calimesa, was contacted near the intersection of 4th St. and Cedar Ave. He was arrested for an active in county misdemeanor warrant for HS 11364(a)-possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Heduardo Rios, 25 years old, resident of Yucaipa, and Alexis Rios 22-year-old, resident of Yucaipa. They were both contacted near the intersection of Yucaipa Blvd and 2nd St. during a traffic enforcement stop. Both were recognized as suspects involved in a criminal threats investigation from the day prior which occurred in the city of Yucaipa. Heduardo and Rios were both arrested for criminal threats.

•Cristian Haro, 25 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted at the Yucaipa Police Station and was arrested for an active in county misdemeanor warrant for HS 11364(a)-possession of drug paraphernalia.

•David Bray, 44 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of Avenue E and 5th St. on a traffic enforcement stop. He was arrested for an active in county misdemeanor warrant for HS11377(a)-possession of controlled substance.

•Justin Harper, 35 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of 4th St. and Avenue E. He was arrested for an active in county misdemeanor warrant of HS 11377(a)-possession of controlled substance.

•Rachel Head, 34 years old, transient in Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of Yucaipa Blvd. and 5th St. She was arrested for an in county active misdemeanor warrant for possession of dangerous drugs.

•Daniel Veloz, 37 years old, resident of Calimesa, was contacted near the intersection of Yucaipa Blvd. and 3rd St. He was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.


•Silviano Hernandez, 36 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted at a residence in the 34100 block of County Line Rd. He was arrested for an active felony warrant for PC 288(a)-lewd and lascivious act with child under 14 years.

•Allan Andreis, 45 years old, resident of Banning, was contacted near the intersection of Avenue E and 13th St. during a traffic enforcement stop. He was arrested for an active misdemeanor warrant for vandalism.

•Glenn Stoecker, 22 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of Avenue B and 4th St. He was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance.

•Kenneth May, 54 years old, transient in Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of Avenue D and 13th St. She was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Pamela Kemlage, 54 years old resident of Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of I10 Freeway East and I 10 Exit 87. She was arrested for an active in county misdemeanor warrant for drunk in public.

•Nicholas Barone,31 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of 1st St. and Cedar Ave. He was arrested for an active felony no bail warrant for probation violation.

•Jordan Maxwell, 35 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted at residence located in the 11900 block of 1st St. He was arrested for a probation violation.

•Raymond Henderson, 24 years old, resident of Yucaipa, was contacted near the intersection of 3rd St. and Avenue E. He was arrested for an active in county misdemeanor warrant for DUI drugs.

The Yucaipa Station’s MET personnel are a resource for all community members. MET personnel work with the community, businesses and allied agencies to address criminal problems, locate and arrested wanted persons and handle quality of life issues throughout Yucaipa. Residents are encouraged to contact MET personnel at the Yucaipa Station if they have information about ongoing criminal concerns or wanted persons.
