He was last seen near Eggers Dr in Fremont on 7/11 at 1:00am, 5’10”, 160lbs, bald head, wearing bright orange shirt (as seen in photo), khaki shorts, gray knit jacket, and black Nike sandals. Larry is not familiar with Fremont, has medical condition and needs medication.
