Flood Warning 
Flood Warning until Tomorrow at 6:42 PM for small streams and low-lying areas. Do not drive through flooded roads.
* Flood Warning for The Schuylkill River at Philadelphia.
* From Friday morning to Friday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Thursday the stage was 7.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage overnight and continue to
rise to near 11.4 feet by tomorrow morning. The river will fall below
flood stage by late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 11.5 feet...Route 1 off ramp to Ridge Avenue is flooded
and closed. MLK Drive is flooded and closed between Greenland Drive
and Montgomery Drive.
