Arrest of Suspect Wanted in Connection to PMC Burglaries

On Tuesday, July 9, 2019, the Bakersfield Police Department arrested suspect Leamon Harmon in the Bakersfield area. Harmon was wanted for two active felony arrest warrants, with one stemming from his connection to numerous burglaries and theftscommitted within the Frazier Park and Pine Mountain Club area which resulted in thousands of dollars in losses to multiple victims. Harmon is believed to have been acting with an accomplice in these crimes, Rosheba Fennell. 

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the assistance of the community in locating Fennell who is wanted in connection to recent burglaries occurring in the Pine Mountain Club area. Fennell also has active felony arrest warrants for burglary, vehicle theft, and resisting arrest. Anyone with information regarding Fennell's location is urged to contact Senior Deputy James Simmons of the Frazier Park Substation at (661)245-3440, or the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at (661)861-3110.
