* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Southeastern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia...
* Until 445 PM EDT.
* At 239 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Beverly, Montrose, Harman, Bowden, Kerens, Dryfork and Glady.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBOUR, WV ... RANDOLPH, WV

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
