The body of a Newbury Park resident, who was reported missing on June 26, 2019, was found last week in a wooded area near Hillcrest Drive. On July 5, 2019, hikers located the body of Julian “Troy” Courtney-Soper and contacted the Sheriff’s Office. An investigation confirmed the deceased person was Julian Courtney-Soper, and there was no evidence of a crime or foul play. |
