On July 10, 2019 at about 8:13pm, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Bakersfield Search and Rescue located a body in the Kern River.
The body of an unknown age male was located in the Kern River, half a mile west of Hart Park.
This is a Kern County Park Ranger case.
The identity of the victim is pending identification and notification by the Coroner’s Office.
