On July 9, 2019 at approximately 7:34PM, officers from the Manhattan Beach Police Department responded to a residence in the 2000 block of Walnut Avenue regarding a subject attempting to break into the residence. The suspect tried to remove the doorbell camera and fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a white male adult, approximately 50 years old, wearing a black beanie, red and white flannel shirt with a white shirt underneath and blue jeans.
