Due to an incident on Willow Ave involving a truck hitting a pole, power is out in certain areas of Hoboken. The Office of Emergency Management is on scene. Willow Avenue between Newark Street and 1st Street is closed to traffic. A cooling center is open at the Multi-Service Center (124 Grand) for residents without power.
