The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Heat Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM CDT Wednesday.

* HEAT INDEX VALUES...105 to 109 degrees.

* TIMING...Through 8 PM CDT this evening and again from 11 AM CDT through 8 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...High heat index values make it difficult for your body to cool itself off. This could lead to heat stress or heat stroke for anyone engaged in outdoor activities.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HENRY ... GREENE ... WEAKLEY ... DECATUR ... CROCKETT ... OBION ... CLAY ... PEMISCOT ... HENDERSON ... DYER ... GIBSON ... CARROLL ... BENTON ... LAKE ... DUNKLIN
