On June 30, 2019, at 9:46pm, Kern County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the 600 block of Belle Avenue.
Deputies located a victim of a gunshot wound. The adult man was transported to the hospital.
On July 6, 2019, the man succumbed to his injuries.
His death is being investigated as suspicious.
The identity of the subject will be withheld pending notification by the Coroner’s Office.
