Road Closures due to high water 
RIchland County Dispatch has reports of the following roads being closed due to high water:
County Hwy Q at the intersection of County Hwy E
Robson Road in the Township of Sylvan
Other roads in the County may be affected due to the recent rain events. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling in areas where roads are prone to flooding and if you come across a road that is closed due to high water do not attempt to cross the flooded roadway.
Remember: Turn Around, Don’t Drown.
