On Tuesday, August 6^th starting at 6:00 pm the Montebello Police Department will once again be hosting National Night Out for the city of Montebello. The goal of this annual event is to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our city a safer and more caring place to live and work. The event is free, fun, and safe for the whole family to enjoy. This year will feature:

• Music
• Games
• Food trucks
• Safety information
• Giveaways
• Demonstrations from our Special Response Team (SWAT), K-9 teams, Police Explorers and the all new Drone Team

National Night Out provides a great opportunity to spread useful information, recruit for your cause and raise money. If you have a government organization, service organization, non-profit, business or community group that would like to participate or you would like to donate to the event please go to https://montebellopd.org/department-news/nno2019 for more information and to download the application. Applications should be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at the police department located at 1600 W. Beverly Blvd. in Montebello. We are also looking for volunteers to help set up, work various booths and clean up after the event.
