* Until 415 PM EDT.
* At 114 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Tipton, Windfall, Cicero, Frankton, Arcadia, Atlanta, Sharpsville, Orestes, Country Club Heights, Woodlawn Heights and Morse Reservoir.
* AFFECTED AREAS: TIPTON, IN ... MADISON, IN ... HAMILTON, IN
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams. Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.
