                Lt. Chris Taylor of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Colby Collin Hendon II, 27, address listed as U.S. 221 South in Marion, with larceny.
                Sharon Marler, of U.S. 221 South in Marion, reported on Saturday, May 18 that she and her family had returned from vacation to find that someone had taken two computers, 10 knives, currency and prescription medication from their house.
                An investigation led to Hendon, who is Marler’s son.
                Some of the property was recovered.
