* At 921 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has
already fallen in the last couple of hours with more on the way
this morning.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lincolnville, Ramona, Durham, Tampa, Lost Springs, Pilsen and
Marion Lake
