Julian “Troy” Courtney-Soper was last seen at his home in Newbury Park on June 26, 2019. His family received text messages that led them to believe he might be suicidal. Courtney-Soper may also be in possession of a handgun that he took with him when he left. There is no known destination for Courtney-Soper, and he may have left the house on foot.
