Julian “Troy” Courtney-Soper was last seen at his home in Newbury Park on June 26, 2019.  His family received text messages that led them to believe he might be suicidal. Courtney-Soper may also be in possession of a handgun that he took with him when he left.
There is no known destination for Courtney-Soper, and he may have left the house on foot. Anyone with information about Courtney-Soper’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Keith Hall at 805-494-8221 or Ventura County Sheriff’s Dispatch at 805-654-9511 and reference case number 19-100871.
