North Avenue Closure Update 
The County Office of Emergency Management has indicated that North Avenue will remain closed between Walnut and Lincoln Avenues for at least 24 hours, following a building collapse in the area.
The County’s Westfield Offices were also impacted on North Avenue, including the Froehlich and Fraser buildings, with both buildings operating on generator power. The County Clerk’s Westfield office is operating with limited service; for an appointment, please call 908-654-9859.
Power remains out for more than 500 customers in Garwood and Westfield, with PSE&G currently estimating a 6:45 service restoration time. For outage updates, please visit www.pseg.com/outagecenter.
